Cara L. Jakob, MD
Dr. Jakob is a Board Certified Family Physician. She
completed her undergraduate studies at the University of
Connecticut before obtaining her Medical Doctorate from the
Drexel University School of Medicine. She completed her
residency training at Tallahassee Memorial Regional Medical
Center. Since moving to Clermont, Florida, Dr. Jakob opened
Total Family Healthcare where she now practices as a Family
Physician.
What makes Dr. Jakob’s practice unique is her approach to
medicine. Disease prevention and patient quality of life are
the cornerstones of her practice. She has incorporated
vitamin testing, allergy testing and injections, and natural
hormone replacement therapy as part of her practice. Dr.
Jakob also offers a variety of cosmetic services such as
Botox, Restylane and laser treatments.
Sanford L. Mark, DC
Dr. Mark received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of
Central Florida and later earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from
Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. He is an active member of the
American Chiropractic Association, the International Chiropractic
Association, and the Florida Chiropractic Association. He is proficient
at the use of Diversified and Thompson Drop Techniques, and has
acquired training in Lumbar Flexion-Distraction and Activator Methods,
as well.
Dr. Mark’s approach to chiropractic is built upon the central idea that
the prevention of some conditions and diseases can by addressed by
locating and adjusting musculoskeletal areas of the body which are not
functioning to their full capacity. His treatments incorporate hands-on
adjustments, instrument adjustments, nutritional supplement and
dietary counseling, core-development home exercise programs,
ergonomic analysis and modification, and physiotherapeutic
modalities; each dependent on the individual’s needs.
Complementing these with necessary medical treatment can be the key
to one’s ability to express their maximum health potential.
Dr. Mark’s focus is on providing family health and wellness care, and he
is dedicated to provide each and every patient personal quality care.

Jane Pang, AP
Dr. Pang graduated from Kwangs Medical College in China.
She has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese Medicine
for over 45 years.
Dr. Pang specializes in using acupuncture for treating chronic
pain from the head and neck, back and joints. She has also
been very successful treating patients with fibromyalgia and
chemical dependency.
Marjorie Binette, MD
Physician. Originally from New York, she completed her
undergraduate studies at Fordham University. She then
relocated to New Jersey to obtain her Medical Doctorate from
Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. In 2001, she
completed her residency training at Robert Wood
Johnson/St. Peter*s University Hospitals. Dr. Binette fulfilled
her goal of relocating to Central Florida and joined Total
Family Healthcare in February 2008.
Dr. Binette*s goal is to continue the practice*s philosophy,
which is to provide quality medical care with the emphasis
on disease prevention. She has special interests in
women*s health, weight loss management and cosmetic
skin care. She is able to converse in French and Creole.
She aspires to delivery medical care while effusing her
enthusiasm, love of people and sense of passion.
