The cost for an immigration physical is $300, plus any additional fees for lab work or vaccines that may be required. A $100 deposit is collected when scheduling your appointment, and the remaining balance is due at the time of your visit.
Once all required labs and vaccinations are completed, we will prepare your I-693 paperwork. The doctor will review and sign the form, and you will be given the opportunity to review the completed packet. The original paperwork will then be sealed for submission to immigration, and a copy will be provided for your personal records.
